1. Go to your account settings and cancel your current subscription 

2. Visit https://marklauren.com/apps and subscribe with the yearly or monthly subscription

iOS

You need to go into your settings or App Store and choose subscriptions. There you need to select our app. You can now switch between monthly and yearly. Don't forget to confirm.

Android

At this point Android doesn't allow to switch between monthly and annual and vice versa if you have an active subscription with us you need to cancel your subscription and once it is expired you can subscribe again with monthly or annual.

Yes, we have lots of programs for all fitness levels. 

The Pre-Prep Program is our easiest starting point. If you are having an injury or need to start at the beginning, this is your program.

If it's your first time working out, you had injuries in the past or you just want to have the best possible starting point begin with our Prep Program. Our Pre-Prep and Prep Program will improve shoulder, hip and spine health. It's the foundation.

Bodyweight Training 2.0 is for everyone that has already trained before, and is new to our programs. If you have trained with our DVDs or the YAYOG app this is where you would start. Bodyweight Training 2.0 focuses on posture, mobility and strength.

The Prep Program and Bodyweight Training 2.0 are our foundation.
