Which program should I start with?
New to training or returning after a break? Start with the Prep Program. It covers the fundamentals and builds your foundation. Need something even easier? Try Pre-Prep first.
Recommended progression:
- Prep Program (or Pre-Prep if needed) → Foundation and basics
- Bodyweight Training 2.0 Novice → Build athletic fundamentals with 4 workouts per week
- Bodyweight Training 2.0 Intermediate → Increase intensity and complexity
- 90-Day Challenge (Level 1) → Test your progress with structured intensity
Mix it up: After completing BW2.0 Novice, you can do the 9-Minute Cycles before returning to the Intermediate program.

Can I get a refund?
We provide a 7-day trial so you can test the program risk-free. If you decide the program isn't right for you, cancel during the trial period. No charge will be applied.
After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically. To avoid unwanted charges:
Cancel in your account settings before your trial ends, OR
Cancel through the app store where you subscribed
If you forget to cancel post-renewal: We understand it happens. Reach out to us at support@marklauren.com to discuss your situation. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
Refund Policy (Post-Trial):
Eligible: Technical issues preventing use, accidental duplicate charges, within 14 days of purchase
Not eligible: Subscription used extensively, "changed my mind" after 14 days, forgot to cancel before renewal
All charges through app stores are final and non-refundable, as they're processed by Apple or Google.

How do I update my account information?
To change your personal information and billing information, please follow these steps:
1. Go to bodyweight.marklauren.com/login and sign in to your account
2. Via the avatar icon on the top right of the page go to your settings
3. There you can edit all your informationÂ
4. If you want to change your payment details, click on billing
5. Don't forget to hit save
How do I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
To change your plan, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe with your preferred option.
All Platforms (Website, iOS, Android)
- Cancel your current subscription
- Wait for your current billing period to end
- Resubscribe at marklauren.com/apps with your preferred plan (monthly or yearly)
Important: Your access continues until the end of your paid period. Once it expires, you can immediately resubscribe with the new plan.
What if my payment fails?
When a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Your subscription typically stays active during the retry period, giving you time to fix the issue.
What Happens:
- First payment attempt fails → You get an email
- Platform retries automatically (usually 2–3 more times over several days)
- Grace period: You keep access while we retry
- If all attempts fail, subscription cancels automatically
How to Fix It:

- Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → View Account
- Tap Payment Information
- Update your credit card or payment method
- Apple will retry the charge automatically
Android (Google Play)
- Open Google Play Store → Profile icon (top right)

Can I share my account with family?
One subscription = one user account. Each person needs their own account to access the platform.
Our Policy:
- One subscription per person
- Account sharing violates our Terms of Service
- Progress tracking is individual to each account
- Workout history is personal
Why separate accounts matter:
- Individual progress tracking and stats
- Personalized workout recommendations
- Separate workout history for motivation
- Proper program progression and scaling
For Families:
Option 1: Multiple individual subscriptions (recommended)
- Each family member creates their own account
- Each manages their own subscription
- Everyone gets full feature access and personalized tracking
Option 2: Shared device, separate logins
- One device used by multiple people
- Each person logs in/out with their own credentials
- Works well for families sharing one tablet
Option 3: Group workouts from one account
- One person leads the workout from their account
- Others follow along without logging in
- No individual progress tracking for followers, but good for group accountability
Couples & Partners:
Consider two subscriptions for the full experience and individual tracking. Or follow along together with one account. Shared accountability can boost consistency.
Users Under 18:
- Requires parent or guardian consent
- Parent manages the subscription

Why isn't my password reset email arriving?
"Email Not Found" Error
This usually means you signed up with Apple ID or a different email than you think.
If you signed up with Apple ID:
- Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID
- Find Mark Lauren Bodyweight
- Check what email Apple shared with us (may be a privacy relay address)
- Use that email for the password reset
If you have multiple email addresses:
- Try password reset with each email you've used
- Search your email inbox for "Mark Lauren" or "bodyweight" to find your original signup confirmation
- Once you find your account email, use it for the reset
If you're only subscribed to the newsletter:
- Newsletter subscriptions don't create platform accounts
- You'll need to create a new account at bodyweight.marklauren.com with a different email
- Your newsletter subscription email can't be used for platform login
Password Reset Link Expired
Password reset links expire after 24 hours.
- Request a new reset link
- Complete the reset within 24 hours
- If using mobile, open the link in your phone's web browser (not the email app preview)

- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Send Recovery Info
- Check your email for a password reset link (arrives within 2-3 minutes)
- Click the link in the email
- Create a new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Sign in with your new password
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait 5 minutes (emails can be delayed)
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Try requesting a reset again

What exercise equipment do I need?
For almost all of our bodyweight workouts, you only need enough floor space to lie down on. That's it.
Some programs need a little more:

Yes. Our iOS and Android apps have an offline mode.
How to download workouts:

- Access offline in the Downloads section
Download Details:
- Storage space required: 500 MB to 2 GB (depending on length and quality)
- Downloads expire after 30 days
