You've made a wise decision. The Prep Program is the ideal starting point for most people. Your posture, joint functions, and lying-to-standing transitions will improve significantly as you move through this program.
If the Prep Program is too hard, go into your training library and choose Pre-Prep instead. If Prep is too easy, jump ahead to Bodyweight Training 2.0.
